Position Overview
Azure Engineers are responsible for collaboratively and reactively solving the most challenging customer problems, providing advisory/architecture guidance and assisting other teammates as needed. You will be part of a team whose primary responsibility is to provide outstanding technical support experience to our customers in a enterprise scale, fast-moving environment. From problem identification to full resolution, you will own and manage the customer experience. You will collaborate with others subject matter experts and OEMs to fulfil Insight’s managed service delivery requirements and accomplish objectives as defined.
What you’ll do at Insight
- Effectively manage issues through multiple forms of inbound requests including in person, queue calls (phone), e-mails, Chat, web forms, or client tracking/ticketing databases
- Respond to all Customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve Azure functional, operational, performance, and connectivity issues
- Analyzes and gathers relevant information that might assist resolution of the issue
- Conducts research on complex cases and acting as an Azure subject matter expert
- Escalate and collaborate with vendors
- Maintains communication and cooperation with the team
- Contributes to knowledge management initiatives
