Position Title: SW/App/Cloud Tech Support Sr Analyst 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their system or application issues and providing timely resolutions.
  • Utilize your exceptional communication skills to effectively understand and interpret client issues, ensuring accurate problem definition and resolution design.
  • Leverage your deep product knowledge to provide expert guidance and support to clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our world-class systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex client issues, utilizing your technical expertise to design and implement effective solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of software/application/cloud tech support, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional support.


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Required Skill: Proficiency in Service Desk Voice Support.
  • Additional Must To Have Skills: Fluency in Japanese (JLPT Certification of N1 or Native) and English.
  • Strong understanding of system or application support principles and best practices.
  • Experience in accurately defining client issues and designing effective resolutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with the latest advancements in software/application/cloud tech support.
  • The candidate should have 1 year of experience in Service Desk Voice Support.
  • This position is based in Cebu.
  • Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
