Job Description:1. Provide basic healthcare services to employees
2. Responsible for providing general first aid when needed, along with assessing employee health risks and promoting employee health
3. Improve customer retention and lower company healthcare costs
4. Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
5. Documentation of employer's work/accident illness report for DOLE Compliance (monthly and annual)
6. Work closely with employees to raise healthcare awareness
7. Responsible for coordinating with the company’s healthcare provider to set up annual exams and physicals for all employees.
8. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
