Job Description

Provide clinical and administrative support to Human Resources Department in securing the observance to the coop occupational safety and health program; as emergency responder to health related contingency to coop staff and clients in the premises.

Qualifications/Requirements

Knowledge of our articles of cooperation, by-laws, cooperative values, credit and collection's policies and procedures and accounting management.

Minimum of six months of increasingly responsible professional experience in health and clinical correspondence and undertakings.

Knowledge of the basic elements of clerical and computer secretarial functions and to apply such knowledge to work performed.

Independent judgment in order to set priorities and work independently.

Inter and intra personal skills to deal effectively with the public particularly the members and staff.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Manual dexterity to operate all office equipment.

Concentrates on a task despite frequent distractions.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

Integrity and confidentiality.

Undergone training relative to occupational safety and health is an edge.
