DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide first aid assistance, assess health risk, and promote health and wellness to all personnel
1.1 Perform first aid treatment and follow up care
1.2 Perform office work, excellent internal and external costumer services and inventory of supplies needed for the company's medical clinic
1.3 Maintain a quality, clean and safe company's medical clinic
1.4 Administer prescribed medications and treatments
1.5 Provide health teaching to workers to ensure safety standards will be met
2. Provide first aid to employees seeking health assistance and/or employees that had injury.
2.1 Facilitate APE and random Drug checking to employees.
2.2 Give monthly Employee Wellness Program (EWP) to provide awareness and encouragement to aim a healthy lifestyle.
3 Perform physical exams and health histories
3.1 Serve as first aider to injured workers and assess job hazards and incorporate health promotion strategies to minimize accidents
3.2 Assess and assist employee health condition and referred to hospital as needed
3.3 Assist all injured employees to the nearest hospital
4 Support in Admin Function
4.1 Assist the EHS Officers in the Implementation of Safety Policies
4.2 Issue Gate pass for Sick Employee
4.3 Monitors and maintain file of employees availing leaves (SL/VL)
4.4 Assist the Safety Officers in the Implementation of Safety Policies
