1. Give first aid treatments and proper medications to employees as needed.
2. Monitor pre-employment and annual physical exam results; monitor recommendations and follow through until illness is cleared.
3. Assess and determine the health status of the employee which includes recommendation like sent home or back to work.
4. Create health and safety awareness among employees.
5. In case of accident, accompany the injured employee to the nearest hospital.
6. Maintain reliable medical records of all employees.
7. Examine and make sure that the sick employee submits fit to work clearance.
8. Monitor inventory of medicines and other necessary medical supplies from time to time.
9. In-charge of accident reports.
10. Prepare annual medical report to CDC Health.
11. Perform other duties and responsibilities that may assigned by the management.
