1. Provide emergency and palliative care and treatment to employees within the legal scope of nursing responsibility such as first aid treatment, checking of vital signs, health interview, and dispensing of medicine;
2. Assist all injured employees to the nearest hospital.
3. Monitor and record the patient’s condition;
4. Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit “fit to work” certificates;
5. Keep an eye on employee’s health and well-being;
6. Assess and determine the health status of the employee which includes recommendations like sent home or back to work;
7. Maintain all employees medical and other similar records;
8. Conducts inventory of medicines and other supplies;
9. Recommend health programs or conducts health education programs;
10. Help employees on health concerns;
11. Prepare health advisory and campaign program and complete reports of APE as scheduled;
