1. Conducts physical exam to determine possible sickness or condition
2. Record health histories of the company employees and or guest/members
3. Administers and prescribes over the counter medicine
4. Taking patient blood pressure, oxygen level, temperature to determine level of sickness of health
5. Provides basic first aid
6. Attends to and performs covering, applying of bandage to open wounds, cut or scratches
7. Records and monitors medicine inventory on stock and request for additional and report near to expire items
8. Record and report any illness, accidents, sickness that happens in the club
9. To assist the Human Resource as part of member of the Safety and Emergency Response Team
