AS COMPANY NURSE:
1) Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees as needed.
2) Prepare all related documents pertaining to health and safety
3) Conduct Inventory, replenishment or replacement of medicines and other medical supplies
4) Conduct Health Assessments and manage workplace injuries or illnesses
5) Promote wellness programs and support overall employee health
6) Help enforce safety and compliance policies to ensure a safe work environment (WEM)
7) Arrange annual health benefits such as physical examination (APE), Flu Vaccine, Drug test of SEP regular employees
8) Ensures confidentiality of SEP employees medical records.
9) Responsible for the compliance of OSHS requirements (OSH program aligned with DOLE, HIRAC, etc.)
AS HR STAFF:
1) Handles the accuracy of time keeping process in ERIC system of all employees.
2) Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and legal requirements related
to Health & Safety
3) Handle the documents needed for Work Permit System (Operations)
