Duties and Responsibilities:
-In charge in the issuance and control of medicine
-Maintain/keep accurate and complete medical records of employee
-Screens and verify the pre-employment medical result of newly hired employee
-Attends or bring the patient to the hospital if needed
-Attends to sick employee and give thorough assessment, referral and medication if it requires to send the employee home
-Over-all In-charge in health trainings/seminar activities
-Prepares/process medicine inventory
-Prepares/process health problem summary report
-Facilitates/coordinate for the Annual Physical Examination of the company
-Support government health programs for employees
-Gives health counselling to sickly and frequent patients at the clinic
-Prepares for Enroll/ Deleted list for health card (New Regular/Resigned employees)
-Actively participate and support the implementation of the Quality and Environmental Management System activities and projects
-Conduct 5's Audit every week
-Assist HR in all company events and activities
