Job Description:
Oversees all medical information and fit-to-work files of trainees and employees and facilitates medical reimbursements and requests for medical supplies.

Job Specifications:
  • Conduct medical assessment through history taking and vital signs taking
  • Provide first aid treatment and administer medications
  • Give health teaching to employees
  • Assists company physician
  • Monitors and maintains employee’s medical records including daily consultations and medical clearances
  • Assess employee if he/she is “fit to work”; Issue “fit to work” certificate.
  • Validate medical certificates submitted
  • Facilitate employee transfer to the nearest hospital in critical situations
  • Interpret laboratory results and refer to the company physician, if needed
  • Schedule and assist annual medical examination of all employees
  • Facilitates random drug testing
  • Conduct daily inventory of medicines and other supplies in the clinic
  • Submit quarterly expense report

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • With an active PRC license
  • Willing to work on night shift, weekends, and holidays
  • Can work with less supervision
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing to be trained and multitask
  • Fresh Nursing Board Passers
