• Administer First Aid and Respond to all medical emergencies at site.
• Maintain employee health records, Updates employee's health database by verifying and entering data. Maintain employee health informationconfidentiality.
• Preventsinjuriesandillnessesbyanalyzingmedicalhistoryrecords,researchesOccupational Health Literatures, and recommends effective measures to reduce risks of illness or injury. Assess the work environment for potential health problems.
• Develops return to work strategies following a serious injury or a period of prolonged illness. (Case Management)
• EnsurecompliancewithHealthandSafetyandemployment regulatoryrequirementsincluding report preparation and submittals to DOLE.
• Update management on legal and professional changes associated with public and occupational health.
• Working within a multidisciplinary team (Emergency Response Team, HSE)
• Promotes healthy lifestyles e.g.weight reduction, stress control, cancer screening, hypertension screeningandcontrol,cholesterolreductionprograms;Conductbloodpressuremonitoringfor identified high risk employees.
• Conduct Health-Related Trainings such as BLS and First Aid and Weekly Health Teachings.
• Performs other tasks assigned by the immediate superior or Project Manager or the management.
