1.HEALTH & SAFETY
a.General Tasks:
i.Maintains and records inventory of medical supplies in the clinic and at project sites;
ii.Head of the Accident Response Team and conducts regular safety trainings;
iii.Gives first aid treatment and proper medication to employees, or accompany them to the nearest hospital; Monitors and attends to accidents reported;
iv.Assist the Company Physician and implements his/her order or advices; Assist patient before, during and after physical examination of physician;
v.Ensures that the company premises are free of communicable diseases;
vi.Supervises and coordinates with the Safety Officers of each project site;
2.TRAINING, BENEFITS & EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
a.General Tasks:
i.Reviews and facilitates all requests pertaining to the Compiled Company Benefits Guidelines, including SSS benefit claims (Paternity, Maternity, Sickness, etc.), loans, medical/burial assistance; Deals with health clinics and other agencies for discounts and benefits that the employees could avail; Recommends and facilitates Benefits and Retention programs for all employees of the FGGC;
ii.Issues and monitors request for medical assistance fund for Aleosan Hospital, Ramon Tabiana Memorial District Hospital, WVMC, and WVSUMC; facilitates Annual Physical Exams (obsolete);
iii.Proposes and organizes meaningful and practical TRAINING and development programs, employee engagement programs, and social responsibility programs under Flexicare Foundation to increase employee contributions, sustain morale and teamwork, and retain a workforce that is enthusiastic, motivated, and loyal; Keep an open and constant communication with internal and external agencies for necessary trainings needed by FGGC skilled workers (technical-vocational) and other office-based employees; Make proposals for Flexicare Foundation activities for the approval of the President; Makes sure activities are evaluated properly and feedback is assessed for continuous improvement; Evaluate the effectiveness of training and modify materials and training materials;
iv.Makes sure our staffhouses are in good condition, and tenants are aware of the terms and conditions of staying in the staffhouse; Maintains Staff House Logbook for employees housed in company staffhouses in coordinating with Onboarding team;
v.Conducts Employee Satisfaction Surveys and effective counseling; Gather concerns of employees pertaining to their welfare and provide immediate action; conducts counseling of employees who have problems or need guidance for work related issues;
vi.Facilitates and heads Annual Christmas Party and Biennial FGGC Olympics; Assists in facilitating company programs and events;
vii.Assists and coordinates with other members of the HRD;
