JOB OVERVIEW:
The Company Nurse primary responsibility is to provide basic healthcare services to the employees and impose healthcare protocols of the company. He/She also prepares and submits government reportorial requirements, such as Accident and Illness monthly and annual reports to DOLE, SSS notifications and reimbursements. The nurse also assists Employee Relations staff in coming-up and executing employee wellness activities.

Qualifications/Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and must be a registered nurse.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse in a hospital or company setting.
  • Must be able to ensure compliance with OSH and Safety Protocols and keeps updated in OSH Training Programs.
  • Must have ability to provide healthcare services to employees and implement.
  • Has attention to detail and has integrity and honesty.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet work deadlines.
  • Can work under pressure and maintain presence of mind during times of stress.
