1. Drive vehicles to transport materials, products, or people.
2. Assist the liaisons load and unload items onto vehicles.
3. Maintain and inspect vehicles’ gas, oil, water, tires, lights, and brakes in order to ensure that they are in proper working condition.
4. Report immediate vehicle problems
5. Submit CRM weekly with your signature and noted by the Motorpool Supervisor
6. Report delays, accidents or other traffic situations to Logistics OIC
7. Ensure that all documented items are the ones to load in your assigned vehicle
8. Perform emergency roadside repairs upon authorization.
9. Obey traffic rules and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.
10. Make liquidation reports on allowances received for the day.
11. Double check goods against shipping papers to ensure correct specification of orders prior to delivery
12. Present billing invoices, collect receipts or payment from customers, issue official receipts, and perform other functions pertaining to bill collection
13. Turn in receipts and money/checks received from deliveries to accounting
14. Record trip information on official business form or trip tickets
15. Clean in and out of the vehicle assigned to you
16. Inform all of your undelivered items and documents every after trip, endorse to the guard on duty and log using the “return” logbook’.
17. Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.
