Job Description

  • Drives the university vehicle with care and competence during authorized or official trip;
  • Keeps the university vehicle used or assigned vehicle/s clean and in excellent running condition, ready to be used for the next trip;
  • Facilitates or takes care of the repair of assigned vehicle/s, including insurance claims;
  • Takes care of the renewal of registration of assigned vehicle/s;
  • Maintains a logbook of assigned vehicle/s including inventory of tools, which serves as basis for any request for purchase of parts or vehicle repairs and maintenance;
  • Prepares a summary report at the end of the month where he served as Officer-of-the-month;
  • Prepares a year-end report for the condition of each assigned vehicle using the form available at the VPA office;
  • Updates the logbook of Drivers and Passengers kept in each vehicle during each trip;
  • Performs other related duties or functions as may be assigned by the University President.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a Professional Driver's License holder
  • Must be of good moral character
  • Preferably with NCII in driving
