Job Description

  • Safely transport company staff, clients, or goods to designated locations.
  • Ensure proper vehicle maintenance by conducting regular checks on fuel, oil, water, lights, brakes, and tires.
  • Adhere to traffic laws, company regulations, and safety protocols at all times.
  • Keep the company vehicle clean and in good working condition.
  • Assist in loading and unloading goods, if required.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle expenses.
  • Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or violations immediately.
  • Follow assigned routes and time schedules strictly.
  • Perform messenger tasks when needed, such as delivering and pick-up of documents or parcels.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with company staff and clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Holds a valid Professional Driver’s License with codes: A, B, B1, B2.
  • Proven experience as a company driver or related role for at least 2 years.
  • Familiarity with Metro Cebu and nearby cities' routes and traffic conditions.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
  • Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads if needed.
  • Trustworthy, punctual, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
