1. Reports to the Head Communication Officer condition of all Communication Center equipment.
2. Understands and operates PABX switchboard, radio ICOM and hotel automated system.
3. Answers incoming calls and directs calls to Guests, personnel or Departments of the Club through PABX switchboard.
4. Places outgoing calls. Programs direct distance dialing access to requesting Members and Guests.
5. Computes bills and posts telephone charges to respective folios. Keeps records of facsimile and telephone calls to which party calling is to be charged. Prepares summary of charges for all calls to properly monitor telephone revenue.
6. Takes and distributes messages, whether telephone, facsimile, radio messages for Members, Guests, Club personnel and Departments of the Club.
7. Logs and programs wake-up calls, requests, performs wake-up call services and must make sure that Guest requesting for wake-up call service wakes up.
