AAC Technical Consultant 

    •  Develop and implement production processes and technical standards for AAC block manufacturing.
    •  Oversee and improve quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry benchmarks at every stage of production.
    •  Provide technical support to customers and address product-related concerns effectively.
    •  Train production staff on machine operation, safety protocols, and quality control measures.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in AAC block production industries.
    • Proficiency in Chinese (written and verbal) is required.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with expertise in diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and production-related issues.
    • In-depth knowledge of AAC block production processes, materials, and quality standards.
