The Digital Communications Specialist is responsible for managing an organization's digital communication channels, including website and social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms. The specialist will report to the Corporate Communications Manager. Responsibilities include content creation, scheduling, and analysis of engagement metrics for social media channels, as well as content development for email marketing campaigns. They will also be responsible for creating and executing digital campaigns, including paid advertising and influencer outreach programs. The successful candidate must possess strong analytical skills and experience with digital analytics tools, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be familiar with content management systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools. The Digital Communications Supervisor will also be responsible for managing budgets and analyzing the performance of digital communication campaigns to adjust strategies as needed.
