Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Administer the growth of the commissary operations by maintaining an accurate inventory. Regulate
and strategize accurate order, timely delivery of raw materials and finish goods in and out of the
commissary. 

2. Establish the smooth operations of the commissary production area, guide and review production
schedule and output in relation to store order and inventory of raw materials. 

3. Manage, review and strategize commissary profitability by managing commissary budget, commissary
expenses and commissary sales.

4. Facilitates as the commissary assign Pollution Control Officer (PCO) which handles and coordinates all
necessary Government License, permits and compliance in relation to commissary operations.

5. Collaborate, strategize and support other departments in regards to new products, product
improvement and product displacement.

6. Possess the ability to recruit, train, develop, lead, evaluate and dismiss personnel if the
necessary.

7. Evaluate monthly Profit and loss report, identify areas of improvements, plan, formulate and execute
strategy to improve commissary profitability.
