Position: BAKERY COMMISSARY MANAGER

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supervise bakery operations
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene
  • Supervise commissary staff
  • Monitor inventory and supplies; order needed supplies
  • Quality control
  • Minimize waste and control costs
  • Coordinate with other departments
  • Perform other assigned tasks

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must have at least 2 years of working experience in food production
  • Experience in a food or bakery commissary is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in Inventory Control and Stocks Forecasting
  • Strong organization and leadership skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
REQUIREMENTS (to be submitted after orientation):
  • Photocopy of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig, and TIN documents
  • Photocopy of NSO/PSA birth certificate
  • Baguio City Yellow Card with Food Handler's Seminar Certificate
  • Baguio City Working Permit
