- Conducting Field Verifications: Physically verifying the identity, residence, and employment of loan applicants through site visits and contacting references.
- Gathering and Analyzing Information: Collecting and reviewing financial documents, credit reports, and other relevant information to assess creditworthiness.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluating the risk associated with loan applications based on the gathered information and making recommendations for approval or denial
- Maintaining Records: Keeping detailed records of investigations and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Reporting and Communication: Preparing comprehensive reports summarizing findings and recommendations, and responding to inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders.
