Collection - Skip Officer is responsible for verifying existing and probing new contact information of clients. The purpose of this role is to locate delinquent clients whose whereabouts or contact information is unknown and perform collections actions on any successfully traced clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  • With at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Must have good probing and negotiation skills
  • Competitive and fast learner, and has the ability to adapt to changes
  • Can work in a quota-based environment
