  • Responsible in the education, training and development of Head nurses, Staff Nurses, Unit Clerks, and Nurse Auxiliaries.
  • Handles patient with the new Staff nurses on nursing Training Adaptive Program.
  • Train staff nurses, auxiliaries and unit clerks with the use of machines and equipment.
  • Conducts skills enhancement program for staff nurses, auxiliaries and unit clerks.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate of BS in Nursing
  • PRC Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination Passer
  • Preferably with 3-5 years of experience as a Head Nurse
  • Excellent interpersonal relations
  • Excellent and relative leadership experience
  • Willing to start immediately
  • Willing to be assigned in Clark, Pampanga
