Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Warranty Claims Professional to join our Technical Service Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.

  • A Warranty Claims Professional is responsible for performing accurate and timely receiving and processing of warranty claims from dealers.
    In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in data analysis, dealer warranty claims settlement and cost recovery.

    Your role and responsibilities: 
    • Maintain effective and compliant nationwide warranty operations through dealer assessment.
    • Promote accurate and timely receiving, evaluation and processing of warranty claims from dealers.
    • Handles warranty claims settlement and analysis.
    • Creates warranty claim adjustment report.
    • Perform dealer assessment and promotion of kaizen activities.
    • Reporting of warranty operation KPIs.
    • Monitor and report dealer warranty operation performance.

Qualifications/Requirements

Skills required:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge in Automotive is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in SAP and Power BI is an advantage.
