1. Supervise admin and subcontractor workers, making sure all work executed is based on the approved plans and specifications.
2. Provide technical engineering techniques and implement strategies on site to hit the project’s target schedule.
3. Records daily construction activities and monitors and secures all project resources (materials, tools, and equipment).
4. Reports to the project engineer regarding site concerns to resolve issues and avoid unnecessary delays.
5. Prepare and submit technical reports required by the management.
6. Perform relevant tasks from time to time.
