  • Design and analyze structural components for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure
  • Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, and specifications
  • Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and safety regulations
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and structural integrity
  • Coordinate with architects, project managers, and contractors for project execution
  • Assess structural modifications and retrofitting needs for existing structures
  • Provide technical guidance to construction teams and resolve site issues
  • Prepare reports and documentation on structural findings and recommendations
  • Review material submittals and approve construction methodologies
  • Ensure quality control in structural works and adherence to project timelines

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in structural design and construction
  • Proficient in structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD)
  • Strong knowledge of steel and concrete design standards (NSCP, ACI, AISC, etc.)
  • Experience in site inspections, structural assessments, and retrofitting
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
  • Familiar with construction methods, materials, and safety standards
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with project teams
