• To inspect and analyze the plans and specifications of proposed construction projects;
• If assigned in field work, to supervise activities at job sites, including the work of foremen;
• To monitor and make requests on equipment, tools, and materials needed at the project site;
• To quantify and encode the accomplishment and scope of work of laborers and subcontractors;
• To analyze various factors concerning project construction;
• To coordinate with relevant internal departments for wide ranging concerns;
• To ensure that all rules, regulations and guidelines are explicitly followed at the project sites;
• To prepare all the necessary documentation and ensure that they are kept intact and updated;
• To review and recommend work process improvements as necessary;
• To promote a positive work environment that contributes to increasing efficiency and productivity in the department;
• To perform other duties as assigned.
