Gao, Baoming - Chinese Chef - Responsible for overseeing the production of Chinese cuisine for restaurants and banquets. Prepares a wide variety of Chinese menu items, including rice, noodle, soup, vegetable, and meat dishes.
• Ensures that the food is stored in the appropriate conditions and to determine if leftovers of either prepared or partially prepared food can be reused or if they must be disposed of.
• Testing new recipes to serve.
• Keeps track of what supplies they use to aid in re-ordering supplies as necessary.
• Ensures that all items are appropriately cleaned and ready for use before.
• Also, is responsible for keeping the station in working order and fully stocked.
• Prepares items prior to a meal service, such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or cleaning seafood.
