Job Description

  • CHIEF OVERSEAS OPERATIONS OFFICER (CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER)
  • Overall in charge of the daily operations of the company;
  • Take a leadership role in building, implementing, and overseeing all of the company’s systems, processes, workflows and procedures;
  • Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures;
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth;
  • Manage operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies;
  • Compile required and special reports on operating functions of department or branch;
  • Responsible for the management of sales, marketing, loan processing, customer engagement, and branch operations;
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, policies, processes, and staff;
  • Responsible for ensuring that the company delivers an outstanding service that is client-focused and efficient at all times.


Qualifications/Requirements

Education
  • A bachelor's degree in business, management, economics, or a related field
  • A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a relevant graduate degree
  • A postgraduate course relevant to the industry you're working in
Skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and operational efficiency
  • Adaptability, financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
  • Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
  • Other qualifications
  • Demonstrated skill in project management and time management
  • Understanding of business processes, departments, and goals

Experience

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing, sales, operations, or business development
  • Experience in various leadership positions across multiple workplaces
  • Experience collaborating with other executives, ideally CEOs
