 Implement ITIL-aligned protocols for incident, change, and configuration management.

 Work with cybersecurity teams to maintain secure data flows and prevent downtime or hacks.

Qualifications/Requirements

- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems

- Ability to delegate tasks, train junior technicians, and oversee performance

- Ability to interpret technical manuals and explain complex issues to non-technical staff
