• Set the overall direction of the Company, comprising long-term strategies as well as annual operating plans, including financial targets and investments needed
• Leads the SMT and other key functions to achieve business objectives via a robust execution process built around the company’s goals
• Develops brand promise and company values to ensure all staff work according to company norms.
• Drives the execution of major strategic and corporate development initiatives and investment (including M&A, partnership, strategic customer accounts)
• Build alliances and partnerships with key industry players to advance the Company’s goals

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least 8 years’ experience in senior sales business, development, and/or strategy roles across leading tech and telecom firms.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a reputable infrastructure company
• Relevant experience in multiple markets/regions is preferred
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline or MBA is preferred
• With strong financial background is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and aggressive environment
• Fluent in English and able to work across different cultures
