I.
End to end processing of Sickness/Maternity/EC Benefit Application:
Initial Checking of documents, Notification, Computation of Benefit, Payment request to employee, Reimbursement
Processing of Government Loans:
SSS Salary and Calamity Loan approval online and keep monitoring file up to date
Releasing of HDMF MPL and Calamity Loan Form
Preparation of document requests - Certificate of Employment (Local Employees), COO, CSF, government claim related certificates.
Updating of Resignation in System:
Provide leave conversion computation for resigned employees in HQ
Check leave conversion computation of Organic and Agency resigned employees.
Employment Verification
Monitoring of Leave Credits of employees in HQ, QT, and CS
II.
Give update to HR Supervisor and Managers for the status of Sickness/Maternity/EC Benefit Claims
Audit SFA and Masterfile:
Check headcount, name entry and employee number
Consolidation of Masterfile - HQ and Regional Offices
Give report for the count of YTD Approved SSS and HDMF SL and CL
Uploading Leave credits:
Organic: HQ Employees
Agency: SIL after 1 year of employment
III.
End to end Checking of Remittance Report from Regional Offices: Luzon: North, Central, South, Bicol; Visayas: Cebu, Iloilo, East Visayas; Mindanao: Zamboanga, CDO, South Davao, Davao
Government Remittance report for HQ, Customer Service, and Quality Test Department
End to end checking and processing government remittances (MZTC and EWTI):
SSS Contribution and Loans
HMDF Contribution and Loans
PhilHealth Contribution
Sending Approved loans to HR counterpart in Regional Offices
Announcement for Payment of Statutory Benefits
Remittance Error Report
Reporting of Newly Hired employees - SSS R1A and PhilHealth ER2
Validation and payment
Request for Third Party Service Incentive Leave
Other tasks as needed:
TIN Application and/or TIN Verification
MID Verification
Extract data in system as requested.
Serves as Company Representative in SSS, PhilHealth and Pag IBIG
2316 Send out.

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Qualifications
Atleast 6 months experience in Compensation and Benefits or related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Above or average skills in excel formula and shortcuts)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR function under C&B (Pay & Benefits)
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
