Key Responsibilities
Develop and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

Track variances between actual results and forecasts, providing detailed explanations for any deviations.
Ensure adherence to tax laws, accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS), and internal policies.
Lead and coordinate internal and external audits.
Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and implement necessary updates to accounting practices.
Supervise, mentor, and guide junior accountants and accounting staff.
Develop and refine accounting procedures and internal controls.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide training, and foster the growth of the accounting team.
Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity.
Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes to ensure timely collections and payments.
Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to manage financing and banking needs.
Partner with senior management to create financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term objectives.
Provide strategic financial advice on key business decisions, investments, and risk management.
Oversee the implementation and utilization of financial software and systems.
Identify opportunities for system improvements and lead upgrades to enhance efficiency.
