Position to be filled: CHEF DE CUISINE

Job Description:

- The Chef De Cuisine is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef for overall kitchen operation. Ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the kitchen operation and administration.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Candidate must be a College graduate or has extensive culinary training and production experience
  • Competence in all facets of cooking, must have exemplary chefs' training and education
  • At least six (6) years work experience in culinary (Korean cuisine)At least two (2) years work experience in managing a team
  • At least two (2) years work experience in managing a team
  • Knowledge of basic training technique
  • Knowledge of local health and sanitation laws
  • Understanding of proper use and maintenance of major kitchen equipment including stoves, refrigerator. kinives and dish machine
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Fluent in speaking/writing Korean language
