Bachelor's Degree holder of any field and/or with Associate Degree holder of Culinary Education
At least two (2) years of work experience as a Chef de Partie in a Food Service/Hotel/Restaurant set-up.
Must have undergone training in food safety, institutional food preparation or equivalent demonstrable knowledge and skills.
Excellent verbal, and writing communication skills, computer literate in window-based applications; knowledgeable in food quantification, costing, and food safety.
Proficiency in culinary skills
Ability to relate well with associates at all levels
