Job Description

A Chef de Partie in a hotel's hot kitchen is responsible for preparing and cooking a designated section of the menu, ensuring quality, and supervising junior chefs. They work under the direction of the Sous Chef and Head Chef, contributing to the overall success of the kitchen and guest experience. 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is highly valued.
  • Prior supervisory experience can be a significant advantage. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other chefs and communicate clearly is vital. 
  • Supervising other chefs and delegating tasks effectively is an important aspect of the role. 
  • Good communication skills are necessary for interacting with colleagues.
