1. Knowledge of authentic Mediterranean or Arabic cuisine and cooking techniques.
2. Prepares and cooks Halal food
3. Culinary school or equivalent experience preferred
4. At least 2-3 years experience in a fast paced restaurant environment
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills
6. Ability to work in a team environment
7. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
