  • Monitor Dressing plant operations and trigger corrective actions
  • Ensure proper documentation is generated and submitted and analyze data properly
  • Commit to dressing plant safety procedures
  • Responsible for dressed poultry production output, product quality and on time delivery
  • Coordinate with dressing plant personnel on optimum day to day checker operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.
  • Get and check the live broiler delivery order from truckers
  • Observe conditions of live birds upon arrival and note appropriate conditions on the receiving reports
  • Report total heads net delivered, net weight of weighed live birds and dead on arrival to immediate head/superior
  • Observe wet birds/ full crops and runts in deliveries of live birds
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be required by the superiors

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Vocational Graduate, College level or Graduate of any 4-yr course.
  • Willing to work on night shift.
  • Honest and keen to details.
  • Possesses good moral character.
