Major Function:
Responsible for the physical checking of the quantity and quality of cargoes to be loaded on trucks and container vans.
Duties and Responsibilities
1.Relays truck commitment time to Site Coordinators based on the blind checklist (with commitment time) provided by CDC Outbound In-charge.
2.Ensures that assigned trucks are positioned only at designated loading bays.
3.Conducts physical checking of the quality of cargoes to be loaded using the PQIC (Product Quality Inspection Checklist).
4.Informs CDC Outbound leadman on any product quality issues and requests for replacement of damage goods.
5.Conducts actual counting of the stocks/cargoes to be loaded using the “Blind Checklist” provided by CDC Outbound In-charge.
6.Ensures that cartons/stocks are properly handled and stacked inside the Van.
7.Provides the driver with printed checklist, confirmation slip and gate pass acquired from CDC Outbound Releasing Clerk.
8.Updates the Activity Monitoring Form.
9.Adherence to relevant documented work instructions.
