Job Description

  • Receive and process cash, checks, for warehouse transactions.
  • Issue official receipts and maintain accurate daily sales and payment records.
  • Monitor and reconcile cash on hand with system reports at the end of each shift.
  • Coordinate with the finance/treasury team for cash turn-over or deposits.
  • Assist in inventory release by confirming payment status before dispatch.
  • Other tasks may be assigned during the training period

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or any related field.
  • No prior experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Willing to be assigned in a warehouse setup
  • Warehouse Address: Door 2 Gaisano Capital HVG Warehouse Maningco, Ozamis City.
