Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Handle sales transactions and operate the POS (Point of Sale) system
Display and replenish baked goods according to store standards
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the store area, including counters, display shelves, and customer areas
Monitor the freshness and quality of baked products
Assist in packaging and labeling of items for display or takeaway
Ensure proper handling and storage of bread, pastries, and other baked items
Support inventory management by reporting low stock levels or expired items
Follow safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times
Assist in opening and closing procedures of the store
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Store Supervisor or Manager
