• To see to it that all sales and collections transactions are properly documented and accounted.
• To see to it that all parts taken in and out of the RSO (Retail Sales Outlet) are properly documented.
• To secure all stock inventory and assets of RSO (Retail Sales Outlet) from getting lost and depreciated.
• To always maintain systematic and orderly and clean display at RSO (Retail Sales Outlet) stocks and office files.
• To report to the management or Accounting Department any deviation and violation of company’s policy by sales personnel and others.
• To keep all cash collections secure in a safety box away from burglars or robbers.
• To personally supervise the opening and closing of the doors seeing to it that padlock is in order keys are always in your sole custody.
• To entertain customers meantime that sales personnel are busy attending and servicing to the needs of other customers.
• Must double check the parts issued to customers as against what is written in the official receipts and countersign the official receipts as to the actual receipted.
• Must prepare a daily collections report stating the summary of cash received. Enclosed the total money collected for the day and sealed it in the envelope with your signature.
• Any additional functions that may assign from time to time.
