Job Description

Observe all policies, rules, and regulations of the store outlet
Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas and complete other general cleaning duties such as mopping floors and emptying trash cans
Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations.
Manage transactions with customers using cash registers/POS
Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and issue a receipt to every customer.
Bagging or wrapping purchases to ensure safe transport.
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Counts cash sales and tallies the same with the daily sales report, records sales of goods
Prepares daily sales report and submits the same to the Outlet supervisor
Log on the logbook the daily sales record on CTI (Cash turn in)
Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors, and servicing restrooms
Receives food orders from the customers and forwards the same to the kitchen. Make follow-up as necessary
Providing a positive, friendly, and helpful manner when serving the customers
Serves food items based on orders taken
Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of fruits for juices & shakes, coffee, soda, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories
Organizing the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory
Monitors and maintains an inventory of supplies
Slicing, pitting, and preparing fruit garnishes for drinks
Complying with all food and beverage regulations, serves food items based on orders taken
Assists in restaurant and bakery duties whenever necessary
Respond to questions, concerns, and complaints from customers, vendors, or clients.
Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy

Qualifications/Requirements

• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers/POS
• High school diploma or at least college level
• With pleasant personality
• Previous experience in serving customers in a fast food environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in weighing, pricing, packaging, and processing payments of baked goods.
• Ability to manage ingredient inventories and to track expiry dates.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to create visually appealing displays of baked goods.
• Knowledge of food and health industry regulations.
• Advanced ability to multitask and follow instructions given by Supervisor.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
