DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Shall greet customers entering the canteen
Shall manage transactions with customers using a cash register
Shall collect payments in cash
Shall purchase food supplies as the need arises (marketing for canteen)
Shall have a record of suppliers and contact them if needed
Shall maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
Shall cross-sell products and introduce new ones
Shall keep records of transactions thru a log book (records include sales & daily meal staff)
Shall be responsible for the proper care of equipment
Shall be able to handle multi-task responsibilities, as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor
