  • Greets all customers politely when they enter the restaurant
  • Deal with customers most politely as possible
  • Records customer orders at the counter
  • Takes money from customers and provides correct change
  • Transfers orders to the kitchen to ensure their preparation.
  • Ensure that the counter area is always clean
  • Make sure that the bread showcase, siopao steamer, and wash trays are always clean
  • Monitor orders and ensure they arrive in a quick and in an organized manner
  • Helps package food in the appropriate bags and boxes
  • Ensure that bread showcase in shelves are well-stocked
  • Up-sells in-store promotions, when applicable
  • Memorize product locations throughout the store and be able to direct customers or make suggestions.
  • Pay attention to customers and help in responding to their inquiries, resolving their complaints, and noting their suggestions
  • Tallies orders served and amount of cash received
  • Keeps track of a cash drawer and ensures it is balanced at the end of the shift.
  • Follow food safety practices when serving customer’s orders.

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least high school graduate
• Must be 18 years old and above
• With work experience is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• With very good customer service
• Preferably with pre-employment requirements on-hand
