Role Summary:
The Cage Cashier is primarily responsible for providing personal, prompt and accurate service relating to monetary and financial transactions in a secure environment known as the Cage which encompasses three distinct areas being: Chip Bank, Front Window and Main / Cheque Bank. While Count Cashier is primarily responsible for the accurate counting and recording of all gaming and non-gaming revenue received.
Responsibilities:
To ensure the provision of professional and timely service to our customers, maintaining a current knowledge of the Nustar complex and facilities.
To ensure the timely and accurate collection (where required), counting and recording of revenue i.e., cash and cashless vouchers.
Verifying the cashless vouchers (such as TITO) after counting and collection.
Preparing cash for banking, bulk counting, sorting, and bundling.
To input and verify relevant data and documentation for various reporting.
To ensure all duties are performed in strict compliance with relevant policies and procedures i.e., Philippine Government regulations (PAGCOR) and Internal Control Statement (ICS) Nustar.
Consistently seek to develop a trusting relationship and working rapport with other team members and ensure a positive approach to work, whilst assisting with the training of new and existing staff.
