  • Basic Salary: JPY. 176,940
  • Gross Salary: JPY. 206, 940 (complete attendance w/o tardiness and with 4 times night shift in a month)
  • Other Benefits
  • Perfect Attendance Allowance: JPY. 5,000
  • Attendance Allowance: JPY. 5,000.
  • Transportation Allowance: Actual cost (Maximum of JPY. 10,000/month)
  • Night Shift Allowance: JPY. 5,000/night shift (average of 4 night shifts/month)
  • Overtime Pay: Yes
  • Performance Bonus: 2x a year (Based on Company and Individual Performance)
  • Salary Increase (Based on Performance)

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:
  • NC2 Certificate Holder for Caregiver (BS Nursing graduate is a plus)
  • JLPT N4 Certificate Passer
  • Ex-Trainee under Careworker Category is a plus but if not need to pass the PROMETRIC EXAM under Caregiver both English and Japanese
  • Age Limit: Not more than 35 years old
  • Male and Female are welcome
  • Physically and Mentally Fit
