Key Responsibilities:

Taking calls according to policies, procedures, and standards with defined quality
Handling customer's concerns, queries, and complaints
Staying updated with company policies and procedures
Keeping company information secured and confidential

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

No BPO experience needed.
College Graduate or Associate Graduate.
Completed 4 semesters in 2nd year college with no back subjects.
With good to excellent English communication skills
Good team player
Willing to learn and be trained
Willing to work on site.
Willing to work in Cebu Business Park or GAGFA Tower in Panagdait, Mabolo
